All our products are delivered directly to your home 100% free of charge.

Shipping & Tracking Information

Import Duties & Customs Fees
Dear Hazel ships internationally, and orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or additional customs clearance fees.

- Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- If customs delays your package, we cannot guarantee the delivery timeframe.
- If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, a refund will be processed minus the return shipping and customs costs incurred.
